Graham is from Billings, Montana, graduating from Billings Central Catholic High School. He then received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. Graham returned home to Montana in 2019 to attend the University of Montana School of Law, graduating in 2022. In law school, he specialized in criminal defense and competed on the negotiations team. In 2021, Graham received the Order of Barristers Award in recognition of his courtroom advocacy and legal writing. During law school, Graham interned with Abigail Rogers Law and gained invaluable experience working with clients under the student practice rule.
Graham is a zealous advocate for his client's rights and is not afraid to put the State to their burden of proof at trial. His compassionate, client-centered practice keeps clients at ease with frequent updates and clear communication.
When he’s not at the office Graham enjoys skiing, working in his garage, and cheering on the Grizzlies at Washington Grizzly stadium.
